Our Associate Program offers you the chance to work with clients in shaping a sustainable future for the finance industry. You’ll grow your professional network, develop essential skills, and gain deep insights into the financial sector. You'll join a diverse community, expanding your network with professionals from various backgrounds and skill sets.

Who We're Looking For

• Recent graduates in math, finance, business, finance or computer engineering
• Up to one year of post-graduate work experience.
• A strong interest in risk management and a desire to build a career in consultancy
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
• C1-level proficiency in both German and English (essential for client interactions and project work)
